1. Apply for a Danish passport. Types of visas and relevant regulations.

Denmark is a country under the Schengen Agreement. Chinese citizens with official passports and regular passports must apply for a Schengen visa to travel to Denmark. Holders of Hong Kong or Macao SAR passports may enter Denmark without a visa. In accordance with Article 40 of the ALIENS ACT of Denmark, the applicant shall submit all the documents required by Denmark whether or not the visa is approved.

2. Notice of entry.

When entering Denmark, one must bring the original valid international travel insurance policy confirmed by the Danish Embassy and consulates in China. If it is a business group going to Denmark, the Danish border police will check the invitation from time to time and verify the relevant information with the members of the delegation and the Danish inviting unit. Please bring the original invitation letter from the Danish side, the schedule of the event, as well as the contact name and contact information of the Danish reception unit. At the same time, make sure that every member of the delegation is aware of the relevant arrangements of business activities. Custom epidemic prevention.

1. Large amounts of currency must be declared when entering or leaving Danish customs.

(1) When entering or leaving Danish Customs with more than 10,000 euros (approximately 75,000 DKR), it must be declared. Currency includes not only cash but also traveler's checks.

(2) Danish Customs has the right to detain excess currency if it is derived from criminal acts or may be used for terrorist and other illegal acts.

2. Rules for bringing goods into Denmark from countries outside the EU.

(1) Items that may be brought into Denmark from a non-EU country without paying duty include:.

Tobacco products (restricted to passengers over 17 years of age) : 200 cigarettes or 100 cigarillas (no more than 3 grams each) or 50 cigars or 250 grams of tobacco.

Alcoholic beverages (passengers over the age of 17) : 1 liter of spirits (22% or more alcohol by volume), or 2 liters of after-dinner wine (22% or less alcohol by volume), or 4 liters of daily table wine (e.g. red, white, rose), or 16 liters of beer.

Medicines and clothing, jewellery and electronic equipment for personal use with a total value not exceeding SEK 3,250 (aircraft and cruise ship passengers only).

(2) Bring articles into Denmark from EU countries.

Self-use goods brought into Denmark from other EU countries are not subject to duty. The amount of cigarettes, alcohol, wine and beer brought into Denmark adopts the uniform regulations of the EU:

Tobacco products (restricted to passengers over 17 years of age) : 800 cigarettes or 200 cigars or 400 cigarillos or 1 kg tobacco.

Alcoholic beverages (passengers over 17 years old) : 10 liters of spirits (over 22% abV), or 20 liters of table wine (under 22% ABV), or 90 liters of wine (under 60 liters of sparkling wine), or 110 liters of beer.

(3) How to get tax refund when shopping in Denmark.

Purchases in the same Danish store totalling more than DKR300 can be claimed back in the last EU member state to leave the country. The main methods are:

1. When shopping at a store with a duty-free sign, ask the clerk for a tax refund (rebate check).

2. Go to the local airport Customs tax refund department or the corresponding tax refund company to apply for tax refund procedures (passport, tax refund form and purchased items must be shown).

(4) Animal and plant inspection and quarantine.

Bringing pets such as dogs and cats into Denmark must comply with the requirements of Regulation (EC) of the European Parliament and of the Council No. 998/2003. Pets can be brought into the country as passengers' checked baggage. According to EU 577/2013 and EU 576/2013, pets must have a veterinary certificate, such as a pet passport. A rabies vaccine must be given 4 months before coming to Denmark, and a titration test for rabies antibodies must be performed 30 days after the vaccination.
