2. Prepare your materials.
(1) All applicants are required to fill in the Application Form for Passport/Travel Permit of the People's Republic of China at the "Online Booking for Overseas Passport" website. (2) Please complete and attach the "Application Form for Proof of Mail" (Note: Newborns should fill in the "Application Form for Proof of Mail" (Newborn) version).
