Government officials at the vice-ministerial level, vice-provincial level or above (including ministries and commissions) who hold diplomatic or service passports and are eligible for a C-1 (courtesy) visa for official duties in Canada are required to submit a note from the Department of Consular Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the local foreign Affairs Office when applying for visas.
5. Travel between China and the United States via Canada with a valid U.S. non-immigrant visa, apply for a transit visa, and stay for no more than 48 hours.

1. Holders of diplomatic passports.
2. Transit visa applicants.

4. Validity period: The validity period of a collection of biometric information is 10 years. If you re-apply for a visa within 10 years after the biometric information is collected, you do not need to keep the biometric information repeatedly.
