The following are the requirements for visa application:
Materials required to apply for a tourist visa to Denmark.
1. List of tour group members, including passport number, ID card and copy of household registration. (Danish or English translation required).
2. Detailed itinerary (in Danish or English), including specific flight information to and from China, as well as the name, address, telephone and fax, arrival and departure dates of each hotel the group intends to stay in, as well as the travel destination transportation used between each destination, etc.
Confirmation of a ticket booking (China-Europe-Somewhere in China) issued by a round-trip group airline (list of members required).

4. Name and contact information of the European travel agency designated for cooperation.
5. A certificate from the designated European partner travel Agency confirming that the accommodation and transport arrangements in Europe for the tour group itinerary will apply to each member.
6. Each member shall provide: a completed visa application form, signature and passport photo.
7. Each member should have: passport, a valid visa valid for at least 90 days, and a copy of the first page of the passport.
8. Each member is required to hold: travel insurance in the corresponding Schengen Member State (which must coincide with the duration of the visa, not less than €30,000 and cover any emergency medical treatment or repatriation for health reasons).
9. Each member is required to provide: funding guarantee, i.e., bank deposit certificate.
10. Each member shall provide: the certification letter of work unit or company (company address, telephone number, fax, official seal, signatory's name and position are required), and shall indicate:.
- Titles of members.
- Salary
- Proof of leave permission.
- Confirm that the working relationship continues after the member returns home.
11. The application materials listed in items 1) to 5) of this Article must be signed by the legal representative of the travel agency on record. Please note:.
One. All application materials must be translated into Danish or English.
b. During the visa application process, the Embassy or consulate will request the authorized travel agency to provide additional materials or information as necessary.
c. The Embassy or consulate may request individual members to come for interviews as required.
d. There is no guarantee that the visa application will be approved, even if all the above application materials are submitted.
