The following are the requirements for visa application: If you need to bring students or children with you, please prepare the following materials (students or children who apply to the Embassy on their own will not be accepted) :
1. If you are traveling with both parents, provide a notarized set of documents certifying a tripartite relationship.
2. If you are traveling with one parent, provide a notarized set of documents certifying the tripartite relationship and a notarized consent form from the non-traveling parent.
3. If you are traveling with a non-immediate family member other than your parents, provide one set of notarized documents certifying a tripartite relationship and one set of notarized documents agreed upon by both parents.
4. The above notarized documents must be mainly applied for by children.
5. If the applicant is a student, please provide the school leave certificate, which should be printed in English on the official stationery of the school, including the name of the school, the department or class of the student, the travel time, the signature of the department head or principal, as well as the contact phone number and address, and indicate the guarantee that the applicant will continue his/her studies after returning to China on time.
6. If the applicant is a temporary resident, he/she must provide a copy of the temporary residence permit (effective six months ago, less than six months, please provide the original temporary residence permit or the original certificate issued by the local public Security Bureau, residents committee, street. For the specific requirements of the country, please consult and confirm).
7. If the applicant is a retiree, you do not need the information of the Chinese company, only need to provide the original retirement certificate (if the retirement certificate has not been applied for, you must provide the internal refund certificate issued by the original company).

Materials to be provided by the applicant:.
1. Applicant's original passport. For private passports with a validity period of more than 6 months, the signature and Chinese name on the last page of the passport should be provided along with all the original passports.

3. Fill in the visa application form and supplementary forms.
4. Copy of applicant's ID card (both sides must be copied).
5. Copy of Chinese business license or organization code certificate (with official seal) and Chinese and English version of employment certificate. If the applicant is hired, please use the original company letterhead with the employer's signature, the applicant's name, title, income, date of entry, permission to travel to New Zealand, and the full name, address, telephone and fax numbers of the Chinese employer. If the applicant is a corporate entity, it is required to provide a recent tax return and financial profit and loss report or a recent bank statement confirmed by the bank to show the daily flow of funds of the company.
6. Fake letters from Chinese units. If it is a company incentive travel, please indicate in the official letter, and explain the reason for the incentive and the good business performance of the company. If you are traveling at your own expense, please provide proof of expenses (sufficient to cover the amount of the trip).
7. Applicant's household register. If the applicant is married, copies of the full household register of himself/herself, his/her spouse and all of his/her children should be provided. If the applicant is unmarried, he/she should provide copies of his/her and his/her parents' household registration.
8. If the applicant is a retiree, please provide the copy of retirement certificate and pension certificate.
9. Applicants are children under the age of 18 (including college students), who must provide study certificate and student ID card. If the applicant has only one parent travelling to Australia, the non-accompanying parent (who must also provide a copy of the divorce certificate if divorced) must provide a copy of the ID card and a letter of authorization allowing the child to travel with the spouse. If neither parent is accompanying you, please provide copies of both parents' consent forms and ID cards.
10. Applicants should provide proof of personal funds, such as deposit certificates and current passbooks for the past few months, 50,000 yuan per person or other delivery certificates of securities and stocks, and provide proof of house ownership and car ownership. If the applicant's financial proof belongs to the spouse, please provide a copy of the marriage certificate.
