3. If you are traveling with a non-immediate family member other than your parents, provide one set of notarized documents certifying a tripartite relationship and one set of notarized documents agreed upon by both parents.
4. The above notarized documents must be mainly applied for by children.
5. If the applicant is a student, please provide the school leave certificate, which should be printed in English on the official stationery of the school, including the name of the school, the department or class of the student, the travel time, the signature of the department head or principal, as well as the contact phone number and address, and indicate the guarantee that the applicant will continue his/her studies after returning to China on time.
6. If the applicant is a temporary resident, he/she must provide a copy of the temporary residence permit (effective six months ago, less than six months, please provide the original temporary residence permit or the original certificate issued by the local public Security Bureau, residents committee, street. 7. If the applicant is a retiree, you do not need the information of the Chinese company, only need to provide the original retirement certificate (if the retirement certificate has not been applied for, you must provide the internal refund certificate issued by the original company).
