Forget your travel signature on DS-2019 If you are trying to enter the United States without a travel authentication signature or a trip authentics signature for more than a year, you will be granted admission or sent to a second test without further inquiries. During a secondary inspection, an officer from the United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP) may issue you a form I-515A, which allows you to enter the country for up to 30 days to submit missing documents and request correction of your identity within 30 days.

If you receive an I-515A form, please consult the Immigration Service within 5 days of your return to the United States. Do not attempt to submit the I-515A file without consulting the Immigration Service to confirm the process and the current mailing address.

Missing DS-2019 (families J-1 and J-2) The airline may allow you to board the flight and, upon arrival in the United States, the inspector may issue an I-515A form, which allows you to enter for up to 30 days in order to submit missing documents within 30 days and to request correction of identity on that 2019 day. However, without a DS-XNUMX form, it is not certain whether you will be allowed to board or enter the United States.

It is recommended that you make every effort to recover the lost documents.

If you have forgotten any documents, try contacting a friend or colleague who can send them to you via express or express service. If lost or stolen, please contact the Immigration Service to issue and send a replacement. If there is not enough time for delivery, the Immigration Services may scan and send you an email confirming your employment or appointment in Sork and your non-immigrant status. If you do not have an immigration document, please collect any document that confirms your non-immigrant identity and your relationship with Solk College (e.g. a copy of the U.S. Immigration Authority approved notification, a letter, an email from your Solk email account, a Solk ID, a Visit Card or a Salary List). Please contact the Immigration Services for more information and help. Whenever you present a copy to an immigration officer, be sure to first declare that you are presenting a copy (and why you do not have the original, for example, because it has been misplaced, lost or stolen).

If you receive an I-515A form, please consult the Immigration Service within 5 days of your return to the United States. Do not attempt to submit the I-515A file without consulting the Immigration Service to confirm the process and the current mailing address.
