Course verification is a certificate of education and degree verification issued by the Study Abroad Center of the Ministry of Education for overseas students. The purpose of academic certification is to enable everyone to study hard overseas and obtain official certification, which can be used as a voucher for further education, exams, employment, etc. I suggest you apply as soon as possible, as many companies will require you to present this proof when you are looking for a job.

On June 14, 2022, the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education issued the latest notice on the certification of overseas academic qualifications.

That is to say, starting from January 1, 2023, except for Spain and Italy, certification services will no longer be provided to holders of certification letters from other countries (regions) that have not yet obtained certificates.

This means that individuals graduating in 2023 can only apply for foreign degree certification after obtaining their graduation certificate. At present, teaching and graduation ceremony arrangements in almost all countries have returned to normal. Generally, universities will issue graduation certificates to students on time, so it has little impact on students studying abroad. After January 1, 2023, one can still obtain a foreign degree certification through the graduation certificate as scheduled.

Before January 1, 2023, if a degree has been awarded but the academic certificate has not yet been issued, a graduation notice indicating the degree award date issued by the school can be submitted instead, and a completed "Declaration of Failure to Submit Diplomacy Certificate" can be uploaded.

If the academic certificate is lost, please apply to the issuing agency for a replacement certificate before submitting the certification application. If the issuing institution is unable to reissue the certificate, the applicant must provide a copy of the certificate or the degree award certificate officially issued by the institution (usually issued by the student registration department or academic affairs department), and provide a "Statement of Inability to Submit a Declaration".
