Starting from January 1, 2018, the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education will implement classified management of certification work time limits for different countries/regions (categories) based on the differences in time required for overseas verification and certification feedback, and timely release relevant information on time limits.

Attention: The following situations may lead to an extension of the certification work cycle.

1. The issuing institution or verification institution fails to report the verification results in a timely manner.

2. Work hours need to be extended due to domestic and foreign statutory holidays.

3. The applicant fails to timely supplement relevant supporting materials as required.

If the applicant is required to contact the school or supplement relevant materials due to reasons such as lack of cooperation from the certification agency, our center will promptly communicate with the certification applicant.

The Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education will timely disclose the latest information on the time limit and classification of certification work based on the progress of expanding verification channels.
